Excellent room (comfortable bed, good shower, dark curtains). Very friendly staff, provided good recommendations for having dinner or some (local) wines. Hotel has beautiful terrace with garden.

Just go there, it is worth it, we were not disappointed. The Löbs, the owners, are very accommodating, friendly and accommodating. Spent a weekend at Weingold during a mountain bike bash with friends shortly after the Covid lockdown. We were literally the only guests and had the full devoted attention from Dirk and Stefanie, the nicest most genuine hosts you can imagine. Turns out they worked years in Australia and have been running this hotel only for a few years. As 2 of us were aussies, we had a great time spinning yarns and getting into the relaxed atmosphere. The rooms were stylishly appointed with all the creature comforts and nice details - such as Weingold Soap made actually from wine, amazing ! The hotel interior design has a very charming individual look and feel, offering various open courtyard and indoor seating possibilities. As I have an eye for details, I particularly liked the tasteful fresh flower arrangements and clever "wine-made theme" throughout the hotel (even the lamp shades are made from wine bottles !) Oh, and don´t miss the tasty breakfast and try the grape juice too. So if you´re after a great value for money place to stay with delicious German food, wine and beer and super friendly service this is the place to stay. We´re definitely going back.

The wine Gold restaurant is cozy and tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable. The service is also super friendly and special requests are gladly implemented. The food was of a high quality and the value for money was good! We are saturated and happy went back to our hotel and restaurant wine Gold can definitely recommend it! An amazing land hotel. The stuff is friendly and providently. The food is delicious and the vine dreamlike! Rooms are stylish and very clean. Everything is on a very high standard!

The Weingold for us had everything we love in a holiday. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful, the room was spotless and had everything we needed, and the food was delicious. Loved its location as well, central to everything in the Rheinhessen. A must visit
